The products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. Thanks to our logistics partners Poste CH SA, we are able to deliver the products ordered quickly to your home (anywhere in Switzerland). The cost of delivery is indicated during the order process.
We endeavour to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order confirmation, excluding public holidays and non-working days. The delivery time is usually within 5 working days, but this may be extended for reasons beyond the control of La Maison du Fromage Sterchi SA.
Despite careful sourcing, some items may be sold out sooner than expected. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery, which is subject to availability.
Return and refund conditions
La Maison du Fromage Sterchi SA does not accept the return of goods. If the customer notes these anomalies on one or more products ordered, these will not be reimbursed but replaced, subject to presentation of the invoice.
The customer is responsible for checking the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery. If the customer finds that goods are missing or damaged, they must report this to the carrier and inform La Maison du Fromage Sterchi SA within 7 days of delivery. La Maison du Fromage Sterchi SA will then replace the missing or damaged goods identically. La Maison du Fromage Sterchi SA reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if there is any doubt about the nature of the returned goods.
