The Maison du fromage, run by Cédric Naudin, a cheese-maker, is located in Neuchâtel (rue du Trésor 2).
Hauterive stone and wood interact in this warm space dedicated to the world of soft and hard cheeses. The inevitable grands crus are here, but the manager also offers specialities such as Roumaillard, made by the Monts-de-Travers cheese dairy, or Lenggenwil, a St. Gallen cheese of the Appenzell type.
This establishment regularly surprises its guests by hosting "discovery cheeses" that open up new gustatory horizons. A selection of prestigious Neuchâtel nectars completes the offer of La Maison du fromage.
